Citrix is a global leader in cloud computing and virtualization, offering networking and security services that assist customers in securely managing corporate applications and data.
As a senior product designer I worked closely with engineering and product stakeholders to launch Citrix’s new ZTNA-Zero Trust Network Access product, Secure Private Access.

For over 30 years LERETA,LLC has been providing property tax payment services to the mortgage lending industry. In 2020, LERETA processed over $17 billion in mortgage tax payments, for over 4,000 customers, making it #2 in the industry behind CoreLogic.
As part of the user experience team I worked with stakeholders to understand the tax processing journey and build an enterprise platform to streamline business operations and improve service-level agreements.
